Responsibilities :

• Responsible for inbound customer enquiries, quotation, order taking and processing;
• Develop strong relationship with customer to enhance customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty ;
• Address clients and sales’ feedback to support functions such as product, logistic and finance for services enhancement  

Requirement :

• DSE/HKCEE graduated or above with  1-2 years related working experience;
• Sales experience in telemarketing / customer services / call centre is an asset
• Passionate, detailed-minded, disciplined, hardworking and eager to learn with a positive mindset;
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner, strong communications and interpersonal skills;
• Good in both spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• Proficient in PC skills in MS office  (e.g  Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Candidate with 3 years experience or above will be considered as Senior Insides Sales Executive.
