Job Description
Our client is a well-known electronic wholesale MNC with strong presence in Asia Pacific. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their business.
Job Description:
- Perform general administrative and clerical support to Sales Manager and Sales Team
- Handle business correspondences, reports, filing system and confidential documents in professional manner
- Communicate with suppliers and customers on order requirements
- Follow up orders, coordinate and work closely with factory and customers.
- Handle other ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
- University graduate in business discipline or equivalent
- Experienced in Sales Admin/ Sales Coordinator/ Customer Services is preferred (fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
