Job Description
To cope with our expansion and continuous growth in the transportation and logistics related service, we are inviting talents to join our professional team.
About the role:
- Assist the Operation and Customer Service Team Head in manage the daily operation of the department
- Supervise the team to handle the transaction validation process; and to handle the problematic cases that escalated by team members
- Ensure timely handling of all the cases, including the problematic / dispute cases within the established timeframe
- To ensure the services provided in transaction handling are according to procedures and make suggestion for any improvement in daily process
- Prepare the monthly report to the Operation and Customer Service Team Head regarding the operation of the department & those required to submit to the Government Department
- Shift duty is required
About You:
- Holder of university degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least four years post-qualification full time working experience in customer service roles, of which at least two years shall be at supervisory level
