Responsibilities

• Provide full range support to retail stores on day-to-day operations, include monitoring of inventory level, regular stock take arrangement;
• Monitor and drive stores KPIs at store level to deliver business result;
• Conduct shop performance review and collect feedback by regular visits, and follow-up necessary actions;
• Involve in New Store Opening and other ad hoc project related to store operations;
• Support in ad-hoc retail projects and assignments as assigned by department head.

 Requirements

• Degree holder with 3 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry is preferred;
• Sales driven, willing to do attitude;
• Understanding of the competitive market and retail trends;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
• Immediate available is preferred.
