Job Responsibilities

• Handle cinema corporate bookings, prepare related quotation/proposal and provide direct customer service in accordance to the customers’ needs;
• Implement the production process, from layout design to quality examination of movie premium;
• Actively participate and coordinate promotion activities such as premiere, press conference and mall events etc;
• Liaise with distribution and exhibition department to ensure smooth launching of promotion activities;
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and posting of social media;
• Implement joint promotions from proposal preparation to campaign execution;
• Instant response to booking enquiries and provide quotation to client. Follow up the logistic work of any booking.
• Prepare marketing and corporate sales reports on regular basis

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Marketing or related discipline;
• At least 3 years experience in marketing/event booking field;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Pleasant personality, energetic and self-motivating;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Putonghua);
• Proficiency in PC application including MS Office;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
