We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Senior Account Management Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated team here in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be part of the Kitchens & Concepts team, a vertical established in late 2020 that has now reached its hyper-growth phase. At the core, this vertical develops its own virtual food brands (made available only on delivery) with the help of R&D chefs that are then franchised to existing restaurant’s kitchens.

About the role


This role will be based in Hong Kong and will report to the Head of Kitchens and Concepts and the Key Account Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Onboard and incubate new Concept Strategic accounts on the foodpanda platform
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Concept accounts, working closely with them on day-to-day activities and proposing strategic growth plans
  • Prevent churn of Concept accounts by monitoring their performance & satisfaction and re-engaging them accordingly
  • Analyse and track KPIs to improve Concept accounts performance
  • Enforce certain standards that the Concept accounts need to respect when signing the contract
  • Work with and coordinate all internal departments of foodpanda to ensure the best possible experience for the Concept accounts
  • Excellent command of both English and Cantonese

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management or kitchen operations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Performance-driven, proactive, and independent
  • Enjoy building long term relationship based on trust 
  • Good knowledge of online marketing concepts and tools, interested in working in the restaurant industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft and G Suite tools
