We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Partner Success Manager (Team Lead) to join our fun, professional and dedicated Account Management team based here in Hong Kong. Our Commercial Department oversees the end-to-end restaurant partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management, as well as new venture developments. Our Account Management team operates under the Commercial Department, which is responsible for relationship management and strategic business planning, such as tailor-made branding and marketing campaigns, with the aim of growing the accounts’ portfolios in order to achieve their business goals!


Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for :

  • Manage and groom a team of Partner Success Executives and monitor team performance 
  • Maintain and build team SOP, SLA and trackers to ensure the team KPI is met and measured
  • Provide training on vendor incubation, set of business services activation and new business opportunities identification 
  • Work closely with Account Management team leads to formulate conversion strategies and sustain business growth
  • Interact regularly with the regional team to ensure sufficient exchange of team direction, KPI setting and vendor’s behavioral trends
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 3-4 years of client facing, vendor operations or account management exposure
  • Minimum 2 years of solid team management experience  
  • Preferably with F&B and/or e-commerce background
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external vendors and internal (regional/local) stakeholders across departments
  • Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Native Cantonese and highly fluent English are compulsory
  • Experience with Salesforce, PPT and Excel
