Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare test plan, quotation, sample breakdown checklist based on chemical safety regulations and customer’s requisitions
• Provide accurate information to laboratories for testing
• Monitor test status and ensure the smooth running of assigned projects
• Communicate with laboratories and customer service teams to maintain overall project status
• Check the test results and ensure the accuracy
• Handle communication with customers for assigned projects and other enquires if necessary
• To complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Chemistry or other Science subjects, or other disciplines
• At least 1 year working experience in commercial laboratory
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/ Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC operation, excellent in MS words & Excel
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, team and customer orientated
• Immediate available is preferred
