Responsibilities:

• Identify LCL Product opportunities and deliver Strategy for Group LCL Product.
• Analyse market opportunities, consult strategically important agents to collect their needs to develop new product solutions and market entry opportunities aligned with Corporate LCL Strategy.
• Product set-up and responsible for execution of SOP. Organize the implementation of new processes and policies for the LCL product to improve inefficiencies and customer experience.
• Define rules of routing and hard procedures especially with regard to communication lines and hub/gateway strategy execution, as well as overseeing the compliance of these guidelines.
• Develop and drive the establishment of a competitive network for our LCL product offering, including coordination with oversea agents, co-load partners and CFS facility providers.
• Develop the proper tools and scorecard approach to measure the execution performance of LCL product.
• Contribute product development information to the budget process and actively engage to establish, communicate and manage pricing guidelines for sales.
• Build bridges between Product development, Operations and Sales and Customer Experience Management.
• Consistently communicate with sales and current/prospective customer base to understand what are the market needs and values.
• Represent company as a subject matter expert, with regional key accounts where necessary, with active sales support including identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate and benchmark vendor rates, participate in RFQs, work closely on procurement of LCL service from globally approved Partners.
• Coach, motivate and build a high performing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, with 8+ years of shipping industry experience and LCL product.
• Solid experiences in Ocean Freight s operations and customer service in NVOCC business.
• Advanced interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in solution design and PL ownership.
• Demonstrated product portfolio expertise.
• Strategic mindset and strong execution skills.
• Ability to identify Customer pain points using qualitative and quantitate data.
• Customer focused with excellent attention to detail and drive to serve customers mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and set focus/direction.
• Leadership skills with strong stakeholder management.

Language skills:

• Fluency of verbal and written Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Knowing other language is a definite advantage
