Operations
- Manager daily distribution center production, control service levels and commit budgeted unit throughput performance
- Provide daily supervision of warehouse to ensure the safe, clean and efficient operation of the distribution center.
- Work with Stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory movement and manage / develop Inventory Control Team
- Update Logistics Procedure Manual as and when required
- As key holder of the warehouse and safes in the high value are
Communications
- Work with merchandising, operations management and stock control to manage distribution services for stores in all divisions
- Schedule and attend periodical visit/meeting with store management and division merchandising team
- Work with Director, Logistics to establish annual logistics goals
