The Job

• Responsible for the entire supply chain process, including order management and shipment coordination with suppliers;
• Handle and review demand planning and forecasting;
• Perform purchase duties, including PO processing, delivery planning and inventory management;
• Coordinate with suppliers on PO management and act as the contact window for logistics related issues;
• Responsible for shipment scheduling and planning and handle all inbound and outbound shipment customs declaration;
• Manage the import/export license application preparation process;
• To work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods;
• Prepare reports and analysis for management review

The Person

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related discipline;
• At least 3 years of supply chain management or purchasing administration experience from FMCG or beauty industry;
• Detailed-minded with strong numeric sense;
• Well-organised, result-driven and able to work under pressure;
• Energetic and a good team player;
• Proficient in MS Excel, especially in Pivot Table and VLookup;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Immediate available preferred
