Roles and Responsibilities

•          Handle import documents and operations
•          Communicate with airline, customers and overseas agent to ensure smooth process
•          Coordinate with warehouse to arrange the shipment
•          Issue invoice for payment collection
•          Handle license & Declaration
•          To support any ad hoc assignments         
•          Assist to sea import document
•          Assist to supervise import team

Requirements:

•          F.5/DSE or above
•          5 year working experience or above
•          Good PC skill in usage of MS office
•          Mature, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
•          Good command in spoken English and Mandarin will be an advantage
•          Immediately available is preferred
