Job Description
- Prepare and handle daily air freight import shipment and operations
- Prepare and handle various weekly/monthly reports for VIP customer
- Liaise with contractor and internal parties to ensure smooth operation at airport and warehouse
- Keep track of inbound shipments and update shipment details through system timely and correctly
- Work very closely with operations and service coordination team on daily shipment
- Ah-hoc assignment by superior
- Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 years experience in airfreight import
- Cargowise experience is a plus
- VBA knowledge is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good team player, pro-active and attention to details
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediate available/Short notice is preferred
