Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the operational handling of LCL Transshipments & Consolidation at LCL Gateway
Optimize the stuffing and utilization of Consolidation Container
Liaise with inter-company's subsidiaries in respect to LCL Transshipments
Manage day to day operation problems in conjunction with Origin and Singapore branch operation team
Liaise with NVOCC Consolidator, CFS and Regional Procurement/Shipping Lines, Trucking Companies
Communicate and coordinate with warehouse on consol loading plan and coloaders on transshipment shipments
Confirm Loading On Board and inform relevant parties

Requirements:

Holder of diploma or above
At least 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding industry, with experience on ocean freight shipping arrangement process (LCL consol planning if possible)
Knowledge on LCL operation process and consol planning
Efficient and creative at solving problems
Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
