Job Description
The Role
Quality Assurance aspect
- Highly aware of the Safety of work for self & others
- Recommend best practices for the improvement of the Quality Management System
- Effectively implement the PDCA cycle via identify potential lapse, review operational non-conformances, prepare analytical summary, recommend practice, work with respective departments on CAPA and last follow thru the corrective and preventive process
- Liaise with airline customers and internal functional departments for audits
- Prepare and lead ISO internal and subcontractor audits, guide and brief internal auditors and compile audit summary
Risk Management aspect
- Identify, evaluate and monitor risks by developing processes involving company functions
- Develop and update of all emergency/ contingency related manuals and procedures
- To monitor the availability of emergency response team and readiness of emergency centre
- Manage risk by working with the functions involved in implementing remedial and preventive action
The Person
- Higher Diploma or above in Aviation Management / Business or related subjects
- At least 3 years ground operations experiences
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Well-versed in MS Office and statistical presentation
- Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Strong in report writing and analytical skill
