Responsibilities

•          Be a core member of an expanding corporate tax team
•          Ensure tax compliance in various jurisdictions including HK, Mainland China,  and the US  
•          Advise and support the tax aspects of acquisitions including tax due diligence  and tax structuring
•          Advise and handle tax disputes or enquiries from tax authorities
•          Perform analysis on tax data such as effective tax rates and schedules of tax provision
•          Manage international tax for BEPS, transfer pricing, CBCR and FATCA
•          Manage and liaise with external tax advisors for outsourced tax services
•          Keep abreast the latest domestic and international tax developments

Requirements

•          Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
•          Qualified accountant of HKICPA/ACCA, additional tax qualification is a plus
•          At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience at supervisory level, preferably from MNC, property management company or Big 4 accounting firms
•          High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint
•          Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•          Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
•          Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
