Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outreach Manager in the administration and coordination of all outreach activities including Young Friends Scheme (YFS);
• Responsible for all aspects of YFS operation and logistics;
• Liaise with secondary schools to arrange Festival related educational programmes, and to maintain a good and close relationship with teachers and individual members;
• Responsible for the promotion of the YFS and recruiting YFS members;
• Responsible for the operation of YFS website and CRM;
• The role requires working on evenings and weekends during the HK Arts Festival and programme/ project periods.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma holder with 3 years or above relevant working experience;
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
• Experience in web content management systems and marketing tools (incl. CMS, CRM and social media) are an advantage
• Dedicated, self-motivated and well-organized;
• Able to work independently;
• Passionate in performing arts;
• Proficiency in MS Office

This is a contract post renewable on a yearly basis.
