Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal parties and factories for export shipments.
- Liaise with customers / forwarders / shipping lines for both US and Canada.
- Handle FOB shipments with major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Sams, Costco and CTC, etc. independently.
- Provide accurate shipping documents (like invoice, packing list, Beneficiary Certificate, Container load plan, Country of Origin, Form A, etc).
- Tradelink I/E declaration.
- Work closely with Merchandising Team and Accounting Department for order processing and payments monitoring.
- Experience in handling L/C payments and procedures.
- Responsible for Royalties and commission calculations.
- Maintain filing and documentation systematically.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Experience and Skills:
- D.S.E graduate / Form 7 or above
- 5-7 years of experience in shipping, preferable in trading / toy industry
- Familiar with US and Canada export procedures.
- Experience in handling FOB shipment for large retail groups such as Target, Walmart, CTC, Sams, Costco etc. and their booking systems will be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good PC skills in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
- Experience in Microsoft 365 system would be an asset
- Mature, Responsible, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good Command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred.
