To meet the needs of continuous development, W F Joseph Lee Primary School is in search of a dedicated professional to provide timely, professional and comprehensive support to school.
Summer Intern (Human Resources & Administration)

The successful candidates will be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) and comply with all EDB guidelines, including the vaccination or regular testing requirements.

Summer Intern (Human Resources & Administration)
Responsibilities:
- Provide logistics support to the recruitment process
- Assist in various training and development activities, including but not limited to preparing training materials, scheduling training activities and providing technical support
- Assist in the coordination of projects/ events/ activities in HR and Administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR and School Office
- Maintain filing system and related documentation
- Assist in other ad hoc projects / tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Full-time university undergraduates in all disciplines are welcomed
- Candidates who attained Level 4 or above for Chinese and English in HKDSE are preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-organized, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
