Job description and responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire cycle of Mandarin projects assigned to the individuals or vendors

• Recruitment, training, support, scheduling, evaluating of both transcription and translation resources

• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain good relationships and partnerships with contract freelancers/vendors globally

• Review transcription/translation

Required skills and experience

• Excellent communication skills in both English and native level of Mandarin (Simplified characters/Traditional Chinese characters)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of translation or relevant subjects

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• More than 1 year of experience in a translation company as a coordinator
