Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

a) Able to handle full set of I/E documents & L/C documents, custom declaration independently

b) Liaise and coordinate with customers, forwarders, factories and warehouse for shipment arrangement

c) Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements in routing and delivery

d) Monitor shipment schedule to meet customer’s requirements

e)Conduct regular review on shipping workflow and provide solution for performance improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor or above in logistics / supply chain or related disciplines
10 years’ hands-on experience in handling full set of shipping documents ,L/C, I/E and banking documents
Must market in Japan or Asia
Preferably in trading field Minimum 10 years’ experience AND leading a shipping team
Solid knowledge of SAP system as well as e-systems of Tradelink and HK Customs is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Strong numerical sense, detail-oriented, and able to make good judgments based on different scenarios
Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
Immediately available is highly preferred
