Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of secretarial support to the Food and Beverage Manager as well as the Executive Chef
Manage and maintain the office routine administration work
Handle daily activities and appointments arrangement
Prepare F & B promotional materials
Assist in preparation of various reports and other documentation

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above
5 years relevant working experience preferably in food & beverage industry
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Self-motivated, pleasant and strong sense of responsibilities
Proficient in PC knowledge
Knowledge in graphic design will be an advantage
