Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly way
Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
Ensure tidiness and cleanliness within the restaurant
Provide customer services, including enquiries and complaint handling
Assist restaurant manager on supervising and training staffs to motivate team spirit and reach company standard
Monitor team’s discipline and conduct

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years relevant experience in F&B industry with at least 3 years in management role
Excellent in communication & interpersonal skill
Good command in spoken & written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus but not required
Responsible and passionate in catering service
Good team player and ability to work under pressure
Strong in leadership & problem-solving skill
Good in decision-making, flexibility, and analytical skills
