• Supervise and support the daily operation in kitchen
• Ensure food are produced in a professional manner and meet the company quality standard
• Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage
• Design new food menu from time to time
• Control food cost in an effective manner
• Ensure the cleanliness of work area, equipment, and cold storage areas
• Perform other related duties and ad hoc assignments as required

• 8-15 years’ relevant experience in hot kitchen section in western restaurant environment, including experience as Sous Chef
• Prefer with Cafe / Hotel / F&B Group Kitchen experience
• Good team player and ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivation and leadership
• Short Notice is preferred
• Applicants who have less experience would also be considered as Chef de Parties
