Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting in kitchen supervision in boutique. Work closely with Pastry Chef in new products launches and production schedules. Assist in A la carte pastry, afternoon tea set, Canapes production. Maintain the high standards of food quality, kitchen hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in pastry production
• Luxury hotel / restaurant exposure is an advantage
• Familiar and have a good sense of pastry trend
• Detail oriented, well organized, self-motivated and demonstrate great passion in pastry and constantly drive for perfection
