Job Description

6 days off per month. Attractive Remuneration Package

Responsibilities
  • Assist kitchen operation and monitor food quality
  • Preparing and producing all food items and ensure that food and plating to meet quality standards consistently
  • Ensure work safety and food hygiene standards
  • Carry out any other duties as required by Executive / Head Chef when needed
  • 預備食材、處理及烹調食物
  • 負責處理廚房日常運作,確保廚房、設備和器具清潔衛生
  • 確保工作安全和食品衛生標準
  • 處理由主廚指派的工作
Requirements
  • Working experience in kitchen
  • Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
  •  Able to work in a busy kitchen efficiently
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent Cantonese
  • 具廚房工作經驗者優先考慮
  • 須輪班工作
  • 能夠在繁忙的廚房工作
  • 流利粵語
