IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Mandatory

• Equipment setup and configurations for desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, scanners, Apple Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry and other computer accessories
• Supporting Microsoft Windows Client Pro / 7 Pro / Windows 10, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013/2016, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat and Multimedia solutions, Kaspersky Endpoint Security Anti-virus software

 Preferred

• Hardware setup for server room equipment which includes rack, keyboard-monitor switch, servers, network equipment, UPS, etc.
• Supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5/6/7, Ubuntu 11/12/13, Symantec Backup Exec, CA ARCserve, Veeam Backup, Druva Backup,Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware, WebEx, Zoom, etc.
• Supporting website portals, Intranet eg. Sharepoint Online, NetSuite ERP, SurgarCRM, Digital Asset Management systems.

 Requirements :

• Diploma in Computer Studies or IT related certificates.
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Willing and capable to learn new technology
• Good interpersonal skills and can-do service attitude.
• Good language skills in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proactive attitude on problem-solving.
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00 -18:00

• Immediate available is preferred

Job Description:

• Installation, testing and daily health-check for  I.T. related hardware
• Recognise and troubleshooting for the fault of the related equipment 
• Provide on-site technical support
• Handle supporting calls from customers; and 
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment.
• Work site : Control Point (e.g. Huanggang, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok..etc)

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in I.T. , Electrical and Mechanical related disciplines;
• No relevant working experience is required and on-job training will be provided;
• Diligent, responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure;
• 7x24 shift, 8 hours / 12 hours a day, 5 days week on roster basis;
• Immediate available is preferred
