Responsibilities:

• Report to IT Manager

• Provide first line technical support by phone or onsite to users in office and all the restaurants in Hong Kong, troubleshoot issues on all IT aspects including hardware, software, and system network.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers on hardware and software support and maintenance.
• Involve in managing system enhancement requests and regular system upgrade projects
• Ensure all applications are up-to-date and comply with IT Policies.
• Prepare and keep update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides and other related material.
• Participate in IT project coordination and system implementation.
• Perform any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related studies with minimum 2 years or more working experience.
• Good experience in Windows Server 2012/2016, VMware, Networking and Firewall administration, maintenance, and technical support.
• Experience in POS systems or F&B industry related systems would be an advantage.
• Willing to learn, strong responsibility, good interpersonal & communications skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Team player with proactive and enthusiasm.
• Willing to work in non-office hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Holding MCITP/CCNA/CCNP is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available would be an advantage.
