Job Description

- Consult with business leaders to collaboratively articulate needs and identify opportunities

- Design and validate the user experience to ensure quality outcomes
- Formulate alternate solutions to business problems and conduct feasibility assessments
- Product management of software products through the product delivery lifecycle
- Work closely with developers, quality assurance, business change and support teams to ensure product quality, and support effective business change and benefits realisation
- Drive continuous improvement and work for the overall success of the team and the firm
- Experience of having worked on projects with highly satisfied sponsors and end users, having achieved tangible results and business outcomes, leading to value creation and benefits realisation
- Capable of articulating the value of business analysis when engaging with stakeholders, and calling upon a range of business analysis techniques when eliciting requirements
- Experience working with different delivery methodologies, with a focus on agile and iterative value creation in a user-centred design environment
- Proven track record in software product development, data or automation projects in a cloud-oriented, secure, global landscape
- Experience working with diverse teams across several global locations, time zones or cultural backgrounds
- Several years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction sector, or the technology department of a large global organisation, ideally as a business analyst (or similar) delivering digital technology projects
- Experience with user experience design and information architecture
- Familiarity with data, analytics, business intelligence, data science, or metrics and KPIs
- Understanding of policy and operating model development in an innovative stakeholder environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both verbal and written) would be advantageous but not essential
