• Support users to collect, examine and analyze user requirements for application development
• Provide programming and database support for the application components for the proposed system(s)
• Prepare and compile documentation for the proposed and/or developed applications
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor related to application development

• Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
• 5 years experience in IT and with preferably 2 years practical experience working in Geographic Information System (GIS) related projects
• At least 1 year experience in GIS
• At least 2 years experience in JavaScript, .Net, Oracle Database and web programming 
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
