Responsibilities:

• Analyze users' requirements and translate users' ideas and cases into functional specification
• Report to the client and solve & follow up on issues raised by the client
• Coordination between different vender and other external workers
• Manage the project schedule from the system design and analysis, system implementation/enhancement
• Handle confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain filing system
• Perform ad-hoc supporting task as requested

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a technical support service
• Knowledge of Sun Accounting and Vision reporting in preferable
• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
• Expertise in Excel and Macro
