Responsibilities

• F.5 or above
• Min. 2 year of relevant working experience in performing document management including scanning & indexing, document delivery, photocopying, word processing, filing & record keeping and other ad hoc projects
• Good & accurate typing speed: Chinese 20wpm / English 50wpm
• Detail-oriented, hardworking & willing to learn
• Self-motivated & able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC skills, especially in Chinese WP & Excel
• Immediate available is much preferred
• Fresh graduate will be considered
