• Greet and welcome guests in FWD House 1881.
• Perform general reception duties in professional manner.
• Responsible for reservations and confirm booking Invite guests for premise tour.
• Offering an interesting description of the location to the guests, including its history and its distinctive features and attractions.
• Handle guests' enquiries.
• Assist the operations team in promoting our restaurant outlets.
• Assist with special events.
• Helping the operation team and the steward team to keep the premise tidy and run smoothly.

• 2 years or above relevant working experiences
• Working experience in Hospitality is preferred.
• A confident, self-motivated, friendly, helpful and cheerful person.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Customer service focus
• Overnight Shift duty is required.
