Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling inbound and out-bound calls in a timely and professional manner;
  • Make warm calls in providing accurate and update information to existing customers;
  • Maintain good customers relationships and perform high quality customer service;
  • No selling is required.

Requirements

  • HKCEE/ DSE or above, fresh graduates are welcome;
  • Prior Customer Service experience is highly preferred;
  • Customer-focused with positive working attitude, pleasant;
  • Outgoing personality, responsible and attentive to details;
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese;
  • Chinese and English word processing.
