Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of administrative support to the Membership Department including membership application logistics, handling enquiries and emails, and coordinating with relevant parties for necessary follow-up independently
• Prepare reports, statistics and other documents
• Other ad hoc duties and/ or projects assigned by Membership Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business studies or related disciplines
• Club / Hotel experiences is an advantage
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and attention to details
• Immediate available is highly preferred
