Job Description
Project Management & Process Enhancement Support
- Assist in preparation of project portfolio and tracking on projects’ status for the Asia region.
- Assist in new project set up, project enhancement, and regular coordination among all departments and offices.
- Compile documents, data & information collection to provide analysis on project standards, resources & scope.
- Coordinate the existing process review among different departments and provide necessary assistance
Business & Management Support
- Assist in reports design and production to keep tracking business or projects status
- Attend meeting and provide assistances including taking minutes and meeting coordination whenever necessary
- Support any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma holder in Travel & Tourism studies or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferrable in DMC environment
- Good interpersonal skill and be able to interact with people at all levels
- Self-motivated with a high level of commitment and integrity
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Prefer knowhow in project management and with basic finance concepts
