Responsibilities:-

• Provide general administrative and IT support to headquarter and shop
• Assist in monitoring and configure server, network & security control
• Office and shop systems maintenance, e.g. fax machine, face ID attendance system, intercom system, CCTV surveillance system
• Travel to branch and provide on-call services when needed
• Assist in handle ad-hoc assignments & duties

Requirements:-

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 1 year or more working experience in administrative and IT support
• Strong customer oriented mind-set
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant IT Officer or above
