Job Description

Job Duties

Deal with overall AV / BGM systems design, installation, and maintenance
Manage setup works and provide support services for all AV facilities for both Club and Private Events with assistance for I.T. and Facilities teammates
Daily I.T. deskside and IP telephone system support
Deploy AV hardware and software in the Club
Provide AV professional advice to staff on event design
Coordinate with staff / contractors / consultants / members and end-users to ensure AV-related events / Projects are on schedule and running smoothly
Regular review of new AV products and maintenance of the project life cycle on the requisition or upgrade of AV equipment to meet the requirement
Manage AV contractors and ensure their deliverables in quality, meet the requirement, and fulfil the service level agreement
Provide regular AV systems training to end-users and teammates
Maintain the user manual and related documents for AV systems are up-to-date and well filed

Job Requirements

Education:

Diploma / Certificate in AV / Broadcast service or equivalent disciplines

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the following systems: AV/PA/BGM
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in operating AV systems for live events or broadcast services
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Audio-Visual Engineer
