What you’ll be doing?

• Provide daily supports to end users and perform Helpdesk work tasks.
• Responsible for response to users’ enquires for various computer problem
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software purchase/maintenance
• Manage IT asset and server hardware inventory
• Follow up ad-hoc task

Who are we looking for?

• 1 - 2 year working experience on IT support, Fintech background would be advantage
• High Diploma or above, preferable in IT / Computer Science
• Knowledge of operation of Linux, Windows OS
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
