Job Description
- Lead the smart building platform product development with a focus on digital construction & ESG sector.
- Collaborating closely with R&D team to deep dive product requirements and finding right solutions for these requirements
- Conducting market research and policy analysis in relation to technology and smart city industry.
- Design and develop end-to-end solution delivery and support models plus processes to ensure on-time and quality delivery of services
- Lead strategy development and execution in new emerging product
- Own product roadmap, identify and document epics, use cases and user stories with product delivery priorities and timeline defined
- Document customer requirements to create innovative and differentiated solutions
- Support and guide sales/presales with vertical specific resources (global experts, documentation, best practices)
- Transform complex technology solutions into simple concepts including associated design tradeoffs and effectively articulate these concepts to a mix of technical and business-minded audience
- Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering related domain
- At least 6 years’ experience in technology company or engineering consulting company
- Experience in construction or energy sector will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of trends and challenges affecting the built environment, infrastructure, sustainability/climate change, and/or city/regional development
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communications skills
