Job Description

• Provide support and solve faults or problems, including operating systems, email application (O365) and network connection;
• Perform server/network administration and configuration;
• Support and maintain the stability of the IT back-end systems;
• Manage data backup; and
• Documentation of configuration change.

Job Requirement

• Holder of Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of working experience of providing IT administration and support in enterprise infrastructure;
• Experience in Windows AD, O365, VMware platform and Veeam Backup;
• Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including firewall, network switch and server;
• Have analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skill;
• Working knowledge of storage technologies such as SAN is a plus;
• Holder of MCSE / MCP /MCITP / CCNA preferred; and
• Knowledge of Construction will be an advantage.
