Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in defining the regional operations (HK, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia) centralization, digitization, automation and optimization strategy and roadmap planning
• Manage and closely monitor regional operations project task list. Collaborate with IT Programme Management in managing project dependencies across different countries’ operations 
• Work effectively and efficiently with local and regional business partners, cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with our company strategy 
• In charge of assigned operations/ corporate / cross-countries projects or initiatives from end-to-end, including business cases preparation, compiling and analyzing business requirements and functional design documentation, facilitate to provide business solution and make appropriate recommendations, develop UAT strategy, coordinate and conduct UAT activities, analysis and review on project results and other project management activities

Requirements

• Degree holder (Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related disciplines preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in life insurance company operations projects with at least 1 years BA experience.
• Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to lead multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and capable to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong analytical skill and communication skills with strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including basic Putonghua).
• Qualification in PMP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or FLMI preferred with agile experience.
• Candidates with more experience maybe considered as Assistant Manager.
