Responsibilities:

• Oversees the administration needs of projects to support overall governance and effective performance management
• Manage project to assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
• Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the system project plan
• Organize meetings with Boards, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Support preparation of materials for meetings and ensure distribution in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably some experience in supporting a PMO / project management / business analysis in IT Industry.
• Understanding and / or experience of project management methodologies
• Strong communication skills and report writing skills
• Great command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
