Job Duties:

To lead a team to

• Manage the system operation, maintenance and service requests for a major web-based application system and ensure smooth delivery of the services to internal and external users
• Manage and implement enhancements as agreed with users
• Carry out technology refreshment and promotion of existing services
• Carry out other service-related duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer science, information technology or related discipline.
• Have solid experience in implementation and management of web-based application systems with Internet facing and user registrations
• Be conversant with Java web-application design and development
• Possess good communication skills and business analysis technique
• Possess strong leadership skills and have managerial experience in leading a team
