Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support on Infra Change Request for Production & UAT.
- Ensure the correctness of the Change tasks.
- Ensure the Change tasks are adequate and compliant with the bank’s standard guideline and policy.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with internal or external vendors.
- Maintain smooth operation, including coordination with network, application, regional team and the system engineers.
- Provide network and server support.
- Need to work on holiday or after mid-night in case of need.
- Communicate with vendors for all IT related work such as facilities purchasing and repairing.
- Resources management activities including deployment planning, scheduling, monitoring of resources.
- Treat as a focal point of the support team to support the daily operation.
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 4 years IT support experience (less experience will be considered as System Engineer)
- 7x24 Shift Duty (8.25hrs / 12.25hrs per shift)
- Provide system support during infra/application change period
- Familiar on Windows, AIX, Linux Platform and basic Network skill set
- Good knowledge of SCCM and HPSA
- Experience in using IBM Mainframe or ClearCase is preferable.
- Proficient in automated operation & maintenance and monitoring tools
- Good technical knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Windows 10 and Remote Desktop
- Mainly work at Tsuen Wan and Kwun Tong Data Centre and Shau Kei Wan Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferred
