Through the 12-months intensive rotational training program across 2 regions (Hong Kong and Taiwan), in-depth exposure to our business operations, and relevant experiences right from the beginning, our program is designed to fast-track the careers of future leaders and change-makers. GMTs will get to learn and explore our businesses through job rotations, management mentoring, corporate training and special projects.

Who are we looking for?

• Passionate individuals who are excited to pursue a career in the Data and Technology industry
• Candidates with less than 2 years of full-time experiences
• Ready to take on tough challenges, and be determined to deliver results
• Fast and agile learners with a flexible mindset
• Native in English both verbal and written
• Willingness and flexibility to travel
