Job Duties

• Support day to day systems operations or infrastructure
• Monitor day to day systems log files
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Prioritize tasks and complete works in accordance with the planned schedule and quality

Requirements

• Higher Diploma graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced in hospital’s IT solution is an absolute advantage
• Preferably with experience in Linux
• Knowledge of Docker and Oracle DB is a definite advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Application Specialist
