Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support and data input to Project team
- Scheduling with customers on work orders.
- Provide updated project status to customer and Project team
- Handle and respond enquiries from internal and external customers
- Prepare meeting minutes, service reports and necessary documents
- Prepare project reports including but not limited to Project Progress Report and Weekly Activities Report
- Work closely with related parties on daily operations
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Diploma holder or above
- 1- 2 year(s) working experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcome**)
- Pleasant, polite and good telephone manner and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
- Equipped with IT skill / knowledge will be definitely an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
