Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day data centre operations;
- Systems and network performance monitoring;
- Preventive maintenance on the data centre physical environment and computing systems;
- System administration, proactive and reactive problem troubleshooting and remediation;
- Production system control and rollouts;
- System security patch management and rollout;
- Data centres access control;
- Participated in annual disaster recovery drill;
- Inventory maintenance and control;
- Management reporting;
- Provide 24 x 7 mobile standby support for the Data Centre that may trigger by the environment monitoring system;
- Any other tasks deemed fit by the client.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines
- At least 1 year relevant working experience
- Basic knowledge on IT and desktop computer;
- Hard-working, punctuality and positive attitude;
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or CCNA
- Location: Quarry Bay
- Immediately available is preferred
