Responsibilities:

• Assist Project manager in collecting & preparing user requirements specifications and preparing functional specifications for business systems development
• Liaise with vendors, users and internal/cross-functional teams on all product-related issues
• Facilitate and conduct acceptance test (UAT), log defects and follow up on bug/defect fixing
• Support the full product development lifecycle, system rollout and deployment, and work closely with the technical team to configure and optimize the customer experience
• Analyze and research on market B2B & B2C products and assist in providing valuable insights to facilitate management decision making
• Monitor the progress of project deliverables
• Update documentation such as but not limited to operational workflows and meeting notes
• Other ad-hoc project assignments
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Project Executive

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Digital Management, Information System or related disciplines
• Working experience in product management, product development or project management is preferrable
• Able to work independently and under pressure when issues may escalate or timelines demand
• Strong problem-solving, research, analytical and presentation skills with well-organized, process oriented and positive approach
• Good team player with interpersonal and relationship building skills, able to collaborate with different stakeholders, both internal and external
• Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates would be considered

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
